My life is not the usual story. Since God was leading my life, he directed my endeavors by health problems through years working in architecture and engineering, the fine arts and travels around New Mexico taking pictures of the landscape and the old Adobe churches. It was while participating in the New Mexico Arts and Crafts Fair here in Albuquerque that God gave me the insights I had been seeking my entire life. The complete concept of creativity was bestowed upon me, partially through dreams, a gestalt understanding of our existence on earth, explained on my website, if you can access it, under the major category at the top of the page labeled, "The Creator." God is not religion, God is reality. We all practice this insight every moment of our lives, whether we are making a sandwich or a building, we are "creators" going through a "process" hopefully resulting in a satisfying "creation." Creator, process, creation is the structure of life and the internal sequence within creativity. We were made in the image of God and this internal structure. This has designed my life of search and discovery since age ekeven.

School Story:

The title for my "high school years" could be "THE SEARCH." (This story will be added to over time.)

While most fellow students were reveling in the glory and popularity of the present, I "unknowingly" was on a search, partially stimulated by an abusive home environment and partially by a spiritual connection I made with God at age eleven. My search was for an understanding of life. Since my family didn't talk to me, "another story," I felt alone except for a few friends at school and at church, John Criswell being a close friend at both.

The high points of my high school education were within my art classes. Mr. wilenski, not sure I spelled that right, was the art teacher. He gave me the impression that teaching art was not what he wanted to be doing, maybe he was on a search too. He, at least, wanted to be in his studio expressing highly emotional paintings, I saw a few some years later, but he did teach the basic art principles. Walking into the art studio classroom was such a relief from all the other classes.

There were a couple of art students, names withheld, interested in the classic art subject matter, the nude. One curvaceous girl, with a mature figure, gladly posed clothed on a long table while the boy student drew her naked from his imagination. Then Mr. Wilenski walked in. Mixed emotions filled his face, but then the teacher won out, probably thinking about the constant inventory portion of his job, sheets of paper, paint bottles and drawing pencils, but the "Shop" teacher was worse.

To be cont.

COLOR PREFERENCE -----------------

JIM PECHA, B.ARCH., MINISTER OF CREATIVITY

Artist's have color preferences determined by their personal past history. I've always found New Mexico to have a full range of colors to choose from, so different from areas of forests where green predominates. It is the same with personalities. I find the artistic personality in New Mexici to also have a full range of behaviors, which is enriching and fulfilling. It seems there are always people who want to decide for everyone else what colors or behaviors are best, and they try to eliminate all the others. Having color or behavior preferences doesn't mean attempting to destroy the others. White light includes all the colors, seen and unseen, and is necessary for us to see accurately. When colors are eliminated, darkness comes closer or grays, along with boredom and depression.

CERAMIC AND LIGHT -------------------

JIM PECHA, B.ARCH., MINISTER OF CREATIVITY

Alandrax wanted to pose with some of my ceramic work and light painting. We tried many positions and compositions, and in all of them, she stole the scene. We needed to minimize her; so the ceramics would be seen. This was the final result. She added interest and a blue element to create a triangular arrangement. Posing naked always aroused her sexually, but for many reasons I couldn't respond to her teasing. She was so pure in her spiritual/sexual identity, which made her an incredible temptation, but we had an unusual relationship that I didn't want to mess up.

HOWLING WINDS -------------------

JIM PECHA, B.ARCH., MINISTER OF CREATIVITY

On a windy night Alandrax heard noices at her front door; so she got up out of her bed, while naked, and peered out the window towards the door. The noices became a knocking sound, louder and louder. Still unable to see anything, she went to the door and opened it only slightly, but the howling winds blew the door wide open. The gusts of wind pressed against her body pushing her backwards, but then as if the winds turned around within the house, pushed her outward into the dark moonless night. She was forced, almost into a run, down the main road out of the village and towards the foothills, where she prayed everyday. As she ran her feet began to leave the ground and she was swept upwards into the storm clouds. Was she still asleep, was this a dream or a vision, she asked herself? She then felt the howling winds increase as she found herself above the storm, above the earth and into the universe someplace. The winds were being funneled into a cave, which pushed her down at the entrance. She began to crawl inward as the winds rushed over her. The cave was endless and was alive with pulsating blood within its walls. Suddenly, she saw images, as videos, overlapping each other, partially on the walls, but extending outward towards her. They were scenes from earth, about the horrors about to happen, but Christ was in the midst with his hands outward receiving those who wanted to be saved, but there were very few going towards him. She reached out to Christ's hands and was saved. She then found herself awake and in her bed within her old
adobe home, feeling content, peaceful, enriched, fulfilled and full of love. The next day she left her house and began ministering to the needs of the people around her, still feeling the howling, saving winds of God.

BEAST ------------

JIM PECHA, B.ARCH., MINISTER OF CREATIVITY
copyright 2015, CHRISTIAN ARTIST -----------------

The "Beast" is among us and we love and hate it, the computer. His horns stick up around our homes and businesses, the communication towers. Soon the beast will turn on us through the guidence of the "anti-CHRIST," and we are already helpless and vulnerable. Two thousand years ago men had visions of what we are now living with, but didn't understand what they saw, just what the nature was of the beast, to devour. People can't wait to purchase the latest offerings of the computer beast, as we become more and more entertained and reliant on it. When everyone is forced to submit to a computer chip under their skin, in will not be so amusing. There is no way to stop the comperter beasts movement, the only alternative is a relationship with God. The computer beast is similar to the water rising in Noah's day. God saved his people from the flood, and God will save his people now. Find the true creator, God, within yourself, now!

ATTENDING ART CHURCH ------------

JIM PECHA, B.ARCH., MINISTER OF CREATIVITY
copyright 2015, CHRISTIAN ARTIST -----------------

The middle aged pueblo woman came to "art Church" with her white covered Bible in her hip pocket. She wanted to learn about the creative God who worked with creativity within his Creation. She had been to churches organized by left brained organizers and felt the coldness of intellect only. She wanted to experience the creative passionate loving aspect of the Church. Few people knew about "art church" and many who did were fearful about anything different, but those who ventured into the Church where unique individuality, created by God, was valued were enriched, fulfilled and completed. They experienced the God who had created them and now helped each person realize their creative potential. This is what Church was meant to be, through a personal relationship with God. She read her Bible, which was the foundation of the spiritual life, but by attending "art church" she grew spiritually, beyond the basics, learning about what a creative life was meant to be.

STRETCHING -----------------

JIM PECHA, B.ARCH., MINISTER OF CREATIVITY
copyright 2015, CHRISTIAN ARTIST -----------------

Most every person we cross paths with requires the stretching of our understanding. Education is about increasing our knowledge. It is easier just to avoid people or knowledge we find difficult, but life is about learning and stretching ourselves. Two of the most bothersome bodies of knowledge are art and religion, both seem unnessasary to most people, but they both offer knowledge of relationships. Art offers intellectual and emotional content while religion, Christianity, offers knowledge about the Creator of life and the universe. Art offers different perspectives, which stretches our appreciation of the many aspects of life. Christianity is first about a relationship with our Creator, a stretch to relate to the unseen spiritual, but also is about creativity, since God is the ultimate initiating Creator. Art can potentially help everyone stretch their awareness, which helps in their relationship with God.

GOD'S LIGHTS AND FORMS ------------------

JIM PECHA, B.ARCH., MINISTER OF CREATIVITY

Being an artist, praise the Lord, is about appreciating and working with "God's created lights and created forms." It is intoxicating. I have not only enjoyed expressing the incredible beauty I see around me in my artwork, but have been overwhelmed by the beautiful women artists I've exhibited with, and visited with in their home studios in New Mexico. There is a lot of ugliness in this world, which is all the more reason to celebrate the simple and complex beauty God has created for us to be with. Enjoy light, color and form.

SUNSET STORM --------

JIM PECHA, B.ARCH., MINISTER OF CREATIVITY
copyright 2015, CHRISTIAN ARTIST -----------------

If you live through it, sunset storms stimulate every aspect of your life. You find yourself praying first that you will survive as the wind buffets your physical body with cold, warm and stinging winds. Emotions are peaked and intellect is sharpened as you see friends running here and there, but you are being penetrated by the forces and you feel sexually aroused. The adobe homes will loose a layer of clay back to the earth just as another tumultuous day shortens your life. The colors on the horizon of the storm, red, yellow, orange and blue sky above enliven the green of the hills nearby. God allows storms for a purpose....

FEEL ---------

JIM PECHA, B.ARCH., MINISTER OF CREATIVITY
copyright 2015, CHRISTIAN ARTIST -----------------

No one knows exactly what's going to happen next, but we all "feel" the direction through world events and our personal lives. The Bible talks about a major conflict in the Middle East and we can "feel" the movement in that direction. There is the opposite happening also, God, through Christ, is coming back to earth soon. Christians can "feel" the reality of that event. Right now, everyone still has a choice as to which event they want to be a part of, but as soon as Christ returns, the decision will be made, one way or the other, for everyone.

LIGHTS AND DOORS ---------

JIM PECHA, B.ARCH., MINISTER OF CREATIVITY
copyright 2015, CHRISTIAN ARTIST -----------------

As many artists think, "it is up to the artist to explore lights and doors," to delve deeply into the caverns of the mind, heart and soul. Artists may seem distant or strange, but many have seen places unknown to the average person. They have reveled in shadows and mystical lights, creations and creatures around colored corners. What they bring back to the usual world is mainly an awareness of other dimensions as they try and share what they have seen and felt. Add the spiritual realm and the complexities becomome greater, but there is an overall guide, Jesus Christ. The Christian artist is experiencing the fullness of creation, seen and unseen. There is so much more to life than then the physical world, which can lead to boredom after it has been seen. It is time then to look into the other "lights and doors." One of the greatest is the combination of spirituality and sexuality. Where they merge offers pathways into incredible arousing enrichment and fulfillment, from touch to inspiration to inner peace, joy and ultimate relief and satisfaction. Once again, Be aware of other "lights and doors."

SPIRITUAL CAVERNS ---------

JIM PECHA, B.ARCH., MINISTER OF CREATIVITY

Rest, within the "spiritual caverns" created by the hand of God,
where suffering and cares are released and sent upward to the Cross,
and Christ absorbs the earthly misery created by the angels who lost,
and chose to bring harm unto God's living creations, now, at any cost.

TAKE A PICTURE ---------

JIM PECHA, B.ARCH., MINISTER OF CREATIVITY
copyright 2015, CHRISTIAN ARTIST -----------------

Some people's experiences are different from the norm; so you better "take a picture," to explain. Childhood events, religion, regional cultures and traditions plus "art" combine for a unique perspective. So called "normal" people may not appreciate what some other people have been through or are living through. The world you live within may have a decor most other people don't know about; so you better "take a picture."

THE HORN ----------

JIM PECHA, B.ARCH., MINISTER OF CREATIVITY
copyright 2015, CHRISTIAN ARTIST -----------------

The Beast with the horns knows what is about to happen, and is creating as much grief, pain and sadness as he can, before CHRIST returns, which will happen soon. Everyone who is spiritually sensitive knows this is true and is trying to bring people into a relationship with God as quickly as possible. Don't be left behind in a world of evil, look within yourself and find the kingdom of God, now, before it's to late.
