I regretfully need to inform all that Bill has left us. He passed away June 21th, 2012. He is survived by his wife: Maxine; his children: Billy W. Ross Jr. (Stacey), Elayne Casey, and Lowen T. Aragon; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; his brother: J.R. (Dick)Ross (Norma); his sister: Mary Ruhe; and many neices and nephews.

Bill and my late husband, Ron Neuschwanger, rode their Cushman Scotters together. They also smoked at the sandwich shop across the street while we attended Jefferson. Bill was riding his Harley when he passed and my husband passed with Lung Cancer. Both are deeply missed and doing something together in heaven.

Bill and I were neighbors and good friends. We shared many good times together, with our friend Jim Causey and Charlotte "Coke" Hemphill. While serving on the police force on the horse unit we would run into each other often, and I always looked forward to seeing him at our class reunions. I was shocked and sad to learn of his passing.
