Glad to see some friends who don't come frequently.  We will have a surprise out-of-towner, too!  But you will have to find out for yourself who that is!  Join us tomorrow (Monday)!

Good morning,  I am sorry to miss everyone at the luncheon today and to especially miss our mystery out-of-town guest.  Tell her to stay until lunch next month.  I plan on being there in August.  Meanwhile, everyone stays cool as possible.

Rains please come soon.

So i hope Monday was a great lunch.  I got thinking today of who might be organizing the lunches on the other side of the veil with our friends who have passed on?  Do they have both red and green in heavan?  If we accept different planes of existance, as Elon Musk is now talking about, will they attend the reunion Oct 28th?

I did miss being with you this month and hopeing for August.

Steve that is pretty heavy thinking.

I can only hope the person that is organizing our lunches, and doing a great job does not go to the other side to do their lunches.

Interesting speculation Steve.

My first thought was to ask if you had a URL for a Domain Name Server that would facilitate cross veil communication.  I did a TOR search and couldn't find any.

Upon further reflection there seem to be fire walls in place that are impenetratable with current technology.

It may also be possible that internet and paradise are mutually exclusive. This leads to further speculation regarding attributes of damnation.

I've concluded separate planes of existence may be necessary but not sufficient to expand the October reunion invitations.

Please share any insights you may have toward achieving sufficiency.

It's been brought to our attention that the reunion was mistakenly stated as Oct 28.   The Graduation Reunion is still the weekend of Sept 23.  You're invited to the party!! An RSVP email to Neal will help us plan the details.

I may have done that and had boith dateds in my phone.  Thankyou Marti.  I hope I have created no problems.

Easy to do. I think it was good to remember last year's Homecoming success in October and to reiterate the upcoming Graduation event. 60 year's from stem to stern.  Go, Hornets!

Oh, the luncheon banter!  Invitations to heaven are quite irresistible, and I’m told all firewalls are penetrable only by personal qualified entry. (No hacking!)  In addition, I, for one, am delighted with the thought that paradise and the internet are mutually exclusive.  (Attributes of damnation—you are so funny, Mike. Or so serious!). Nevertheless, we will continue meeting monthly with fond thoughts of our friends from the luncheons or past classes.  All things considered, the subject is appropriate.
The kudos are greatly appreciated, but to be expanded to those who accept the invitations!  It’s not a luncheon without the 50+ people who have attended over the years!  That is multiplied joy for small effort!  In fact, if you haven’t attended yet, you will be happily surprised that we have (thankfully) matured from teenage-hood.  In fact, some other classes are starting their own form of maintaining that slender line to the past.  Simple hospitality is a treat these days!  Bring your own specialty to lunch next month!

These surprise guests came at Susan Thompson's invitation.  Jay and Anne Bender.  They and Kathy Hayes were heard to say, "What are you doing here?"  They know each other from working together in SC!!

Folks, this month, next Monday, August 14, let's eat at Tin Can Alley, 6110 Alameda Blvd NE, just east of I-25 on the corner of Alameda and San Pedro NE.  It's a food court that has Cake Fetish, Amore Neapolitan Pizzeria, S-A BBQ, On the Flip, Pho Kup, Guava Tree Café, Squeezed Juice Bar, Nitro Fog Creamery. Santa Fe Brewery is also there.
Order when you arrive to avoid a rush. As I recall, tables are stationary so we will gather in groups. The website provides menus, so you can come prepared and eager to eat.   https://www.tincanalleyabq.com/
As always, RSVP here or to me please and thank you!   PS They have overhead fans, so dress accordingly if that's a consideration.
