I see that Tracy passed May 10.  Now Kathi. I remember them setting out a lovely spread and being joined by others at our Hyder Park picnic a few years ago. And Steve!  How my class enjoyed his visit as McGruff. Then he whispered to me that he knew me! But didn't reveal his ID! Stinker!  I found out much later. I'm grateful to have known them all.

Karen and I are so disappointed that we are not going to be able to attend the 59th year reunion this October. By the time we heard that this was planned for October of this year, we had already something in our calendar that conflicted. We had such a lovely time at the 50th and planned to attend the 60th reunion. We hope one is planned for next year. In the meantime, we hope you all will have a lovely event. We will be there in spirit!! Don

The Homecoming Reunion get together sounds like it will be a lot of fun with interesting activities planned throughout the weekend in addition to individual ad hoc opportunities.  Unfortunately, we will be unable to attend this time as we had established commitments in place before the schedule was announced.  Have a great time, and we'll hope that there will be an additional opportunity in 2023 when the 60 year mark is reached!

We leave for a cruise this Saturday and I thought I would miss the reunion.  Final plane reservation gets me in Saturday at 3 pm so I will be there at the Country Club Saturday night.  Really excited although will miss the hospitality at the Wartell's.  Go Hornets!!!
